So far as the process, it wasn't super easy, like falling off a log, but it wasn't super hard either. It was manageable. The people I had contact with were always response - we didn't always agree, but they were responsive. They held the company line as to what they could and could not do. The young man on site was especially helpful, one of the on-site superintendents, I think his name is Chris, a young fellow. If there's any way I can praise him, I'd like to - I have his phone number in my cell phone because I've called him so much. I think he really shows a lot of compassion for what he does and he's also very responsive and respectful and has a kind of demeanor that causes people to believe that he sincerely feels what they are concerned about and he's an "easy going, quick-to-smile" kind of guy, but still professional, business like. There was another young man, Jeff Thunfseld. His extension number is 6. I had many conversations with him. He was a helpful, easy going kind of guy. I liked his demeanor and interacting with him as well. Everybody was great, I really couldn't have had any concern about anyone I had contact with at the company.
